I appreciated the service provided and that my follow up questions were able to be answered. However, I was dissatisfied with the wait time. I had an appointment to wait for the vehicle on a 1-1.5 hour service operation, but was told it would be 2-2.5 hours to complete because it was very busy. Why take the reservation if you can't complete the service in the normal time frame? Also, while I appreciated my questions about persistent poor gas mileage since my vehicle purchase in August being answered, I'm not sure why it was never mentioned to me before, even when in contact with my salesperson post purchase, that it takes the vehicle up to 5000-6000 miles of driving for the engine to adjust to produce closer to the promised miles per gallon. If true, that would have been good to know in advance.
