I was very pleased. Upon arriving, I witnessed Kyle deal with a very irate and disrespectful customer. The customer was angry and using profanity. Kyle handled the situation perfectly. He remained calm and respectful. Two thumbs up for Kyle. Great job!

I should have been contacted prior to the work being completed about the 2 filters that should be replaced. I Would have given the OK to have them replaced now but instead I can either make another appointment to come back or wait 3000 miles.
