My service consultant initially told me my tire change would take 1.5 hours. At the 1.5 hour mark (why did it take so long to figure out there was this issue?) she came and told me that the tech had snapped my wheel stud and that, along with the wheel bearing and lug would need replacement. It was not until I called my father that she went back to talk to the tech to see what else could be done. It was extremely disheartening to be treated so terribly by a female sale consultant. To be told immediately that I'd need to replace and expensive part before seeing what other options there were with the tech seems reckless and careless and a good way to lose business. I bought my car at mohawk Honda but go to Saratoga Honda because it is more convenient and I have always been treated well. This incident has made me realize that perhaps I should just keep my business with mohawk and deal with the inconvenience.

I've leased with Honda for years and I've never paid over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation. I will be returning to D'ella Honda for service.

It was fine. The prices were pretty high. The service took much longer than I was told. So you ask if it was excellent, and I have to say no. I’ll definitely shop around before going back. Hope this helps with your service.

bought new tires and tire pressure indicator came on later the same day. Pressure was at 28 psi when specs call for 36 PSI. Cabin pollen air filter was changed, and glove compartmentDoor was not properly reassembled. However, service rep Ryan Southwood was top notch
