Jeff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Because of his knowledge and willingness to share it, I’m much more likely to return to the dealership for future oil changes and repairs.
On a side note, I tried to pay through the text notification I received and every time I tried to submit, the action would error. I tried multiple cards just to be sure and nothing worked on that online payment text message received. I instead paid at the counter, which was fine.

The inside of the vehicle was not clean seats were not wipe down nor was the dash. When they vacuumed behind the back seat the carpet started to pull up in the vacuum and it was not that way when we brought it there.
I appreciate my automobile being taken in quickly. I feel the amount I was charged was a bit pricey. My car was not cleaned like it usually is when I have it serviced. I have mostly been satisfied with Auffenberg VW service overall, though.
For some reason my appointment that I set up on line did not show in the system. Larry was great about fitting me in and getting me on my way in a very reasonable. Time. I also was surprised that my car was washed. It was a great visit. Thank you.

I do not have a problem with the service department my mom is with this new check system that you have it would not except my check is never said that my check was declined it just kept saying failure which means whatever company or third-party company that you guys are using is not working luckily I had some cash stashed away in my wallet which I drove all the way from Mount Vernon to O’Fallon to pick up my car if I had not had the cash I’m not sure how I would’ve gotten my car so I think the old system that you had it right
No mention of operating hours available to pick up vehicle in any of the text messages that I received letting me know that my vehicle was done. Drove all the way from Columbia on Saturday morning only to find out that they would not release my car because the service department wasn’t open. Not a happy camper.
The service agent at O’Fallon VW kept me well informed and did everything he could to get our car fixed and back on the road before we were scheduled to leave for our vacation. We were very appreciative of the information shared about the issue with our car and expertise on the fix.
I live in Kansas but my son and family live in O’Fallon not far from Auffenburg VW. I like this dealership so much that when possible, I save up my service needs and get most work done here. One of the main reasons is due to service manager Larry. He is amazing! Very honest and is always willing to make things right. Your dealership is lucky to have him (we are not related).

Appointment for Touareg TDI emissions fix and 15,000 mile service. Service Dept overbooked. Took 3 days to complete services.
Thanks for exceptional customer service! Jeff was great and gave me all the information needed for the questions I had asked and then some! I'm greatful he spotted a bad tire and was able to get that worked in.
