Service was not done today. After waiting two hours and the service not even started, I left. After calling back and explaining the situation to your representative, it will now be done on the 27th.

Appointment made almost two weeks in advance - tire is not in stock on day of appt Had to enter personal info for fifth time Was told next day pickup would be "worst case scenario" - no further communication until next day Next day, get call about work unrelated to delayed part - clearly nothing was done day of appointment Get call about burnt out bulb before tech bothered to look at the light because "theres no light on dash indicating burnt out bulb" No follow up on why i dont have a properly working bulb warning light Get call about my new wheel. Get told that theres nothing on paperwork about new wheel. After i specifically wrote that down and discussed at check-in When i picked up the car, the cashier didnt go through what was done or answer any questions When i picked up the car, the TPMS light was still on (whole reason for appointment) All of these issues are just from this one simple trip. Since my previous visits have all been like this we have chosen to take our business elsewhere in the future and advise our clients friends and family with VWs to do the same

Had an 8 am apt. Arrived 5 minutes early. It took 39 minutes before I checked in with the service advisor. Waited another 1 1/2 hours before I left with nothing done to my car. You do not know the meaning of customer service or what it to keep appointments. You make a visit to the doctor's office seem speedy. I will not be back for service or to purchase a new car. PAUL N

Auto butler today... car looks brand new. Great Service from the service dept. had trouble with The back windows when we recently put them Down for the first time since we got the car. They wouldn’t close. They would go back down. Jeff fixed them in less than 5 minutes. Been Going to Auffenberg VW since we moved here Over 12 years ago.

As always, the staff at Auffenberg VW is fantastic! Manager, Larry Haines was able to get my car in for servicing the day after I called with a problem, even though they were booked far ahead. I left my car in the morning, an appointment did not show up and the service department had my car ready by 4pm! I always recommend Auffenberg VW... I tell people that I'm treated as though I'm a 'favorite aunt' by all the staff-- probably how every one who goes there thinks!

Didn't have an appointment so didn't know when they would get to my car.Saw it was up on the lift as I was going out the door. the mechanic called me at home and explained the problem. Very professional. Larry was great also. Treated me nicely kept me informed. Will go back if needed.

We did not even have our oil changed. We had an appointment time for 745am and at 845 our car has not even been moved from where we parked it on arrival. Which is unacceptable. So we left with the vehicle not having the oil changed. We would like a refund of our service contracts. Please have a manager call us. James G
