Felt like we were given the run around. Diagnostics in your shop only showed an intermittent camshaft error. Took it into another shop the next day and their diagnostics clearly showed not only the camshaft error but also that 2 of the 4 cylinders were missing. Very disappointed.

Getting access to a part was extremely difficult due to my seat wouldn't release forward. Initially the manager said they couldn't complete the job due to lack of access. They were persistent and got the job done.

Two hours for a simple oil chance and to look for a leak seems a bit much. Oil changes should be pretty fast, especially with an appointment made.

The staff were nice enough to give me a lift back to my house. I would’ve walked but since school was cancelled due to the snow storm and I had my daughter with me they took us home. Thank you for that!

I’d like to the service I got from the service department. Everyone there was very polite. My issue is with the overall policy possibly that exist with VW. When we bought our use Jetta we did not realize that the seatbelt did not work. We did not have to get the oil change until 10,000 miles. We tried to make an appointment sooner, but there was an influx of used Jetta TDI said they were trying to process through. Our oil changed and it up taking us two months to schedule. We paid the fee because of course our children need to be safe. I would think VW would want that for all customers. We have bought many cars from Auffenberg and love the service. We just thought you would want to know about this little issue.

I was used to service managers coming out to meet me at my car (in Texas), but here in Illinois, they ignored me until I went inside. I was told by the reservation line that they opened at 7:30am, but sign said 7:00am & they let me sit outside for 15 minutes before I realized! The actual service was well done, but initial impression was not good.
