Always satisfied with my service experiences at Auffenberg. They took good care of my Beetle for 13 years and now I’m driving an EOS. Chuck checked us in and carefully listened to what we wanted done.

Well maybe it's not the right time to ask. I picked my car up this afternoon and paid $624.00. 45 minutes later the same thing started happening again. I just don't have any money to waste. Sorry

Purchased used vehicle advertised with heated seated and salesmen mentioned how nice it would be to have heated seats with it turning cold. The heated seats do not work and we’re not repaired. I was repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do after I drove off the lot after the purchase. I had to work my way up to the sales manager and he finally agreed that they would work with me on the repair. Not sure what working with me will end up after going back in for diagnosis Nov 15, but very disappointed in Auffenberg’s unwillingness to own the issue that the seats were not working when I purchased in good faith that the car had been inspected as was as advertised. Love the car. I am hoping that this will be resolved.

I went to get 4 tires replaced and an alignment which took 5 and half hours. That is rediculous. I got there at 9:30 and left at 3. I ate lunch out of a vending machine which consisted of a bag of Cheetos. They could of at least given me a loner car or dropped me at the mall if it was going to take all day. I doubt I will be returning there.

I had to pick up the car on Saturday and there was a little confusion on how to do that not but the staff got it done thanks to Moe we have ALWAYS been pleased with our Auffenberg experience

I was told one of my issues was a bad filter in the replaced TDI emissions system but I would be ok to drive my car that way. I refuse to drive my car with faulty parts. Luckily an Auffenberg member stepped in and backed me on this.

No matter what service I have performed it is a minimum of 2-3 and up to 4 hours of wait time. Because of location I have to sit and wait for the vehicle as they do not offer a loaner car. Purchasing a brand new 2018 vehicle I would have expected that sort of perk. I dread getting an oil change (which I also purchased with my vehicle) or having to go in for a recall/repair because it will require a full day of my time. Also when calling VW I always get a recording. After a few times I call the other part of the building and have been told they are just short staffed. I’m just disappointed with the customer service as a whole for such a large company. Currently have a light above the visor not turning on but because I have no days to spare, I have no desire to get it fixed. Just not what I expected.
