Nearly impossible to reach service desk or mechanics. When you call in you are routed around between three people just to get a voicemail. Should be simple to contact service desk or mechanics.

Larry and Jeff were great, but how can they really succeed when you have them SO short staffed??! I scheduled my 40k service with oil change and tie rotation, but because appointments are not booked on site (and with some call center), they overbooked the shop and I now have to do a SECOND appointment to do the 40k service. Shame on you VW!! Hire back the cashier and get another person to help Jeff. This is just ridiculous. You think I'll buy another car???

The car has a distinct smell. Aufenberg has tried I believe two fixes. Hasn't been the solution. Dean team sold it to me. Wondering if there is more to the cars history than was let on. Wife brought it in for oil change-she did not inquire about the smell.

I arrived at 9:15, fifteen minutes before my appointment. I was scheduled for an oil change & tire rotation. My service wasn't completed until 11:30. Later the same day I received a coupon for an oil change. The wait was too long & I could have use the coupon as a part of my service. It arrived too late!
