Brought my 2018 Kia Soul ! turbo in for an oil change. The service tech put in the wrong weight oil-the filler cap and the manual on the turbo both say to use 5W30, but 5W20 was put in (which is the recommended weight for the 1.6L NON turbo engine. Had to rechange the oil myself.

The repair that had to be made to my car could have been avoided if the previous job that had been done a year ago was done correctly a mechanic of 25 years said that the job that they did a year ago was not done properly which resulted in my car breaking down the highway but I am happy that I was refunded half of my money.
Joe Tilk, service advisor went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of . I drove in without an appt because of an emergency issue. I had to end up leaving it & he made sure I had a rental at no charge. Also while I was waiting our original salesman James Logston came & checked on me to make I was being taken care of & to see if he could help me in any way.

Kenny and Joe took very good care of me and made my experience at kia great. Kenny took the time to take care of making sure my tire was in stock and making sure it was in stock. Joe got me the rental car I preferred and was quick and prompt getting me in and out the door cause of my work schedule. Kenny and Joe need to be recognized for there outstanding customer service and going the extra mile .
