Appnt was at 12:30. I did arrive about 12:35. Only one worker so I waited to get checked in at 12:50. I understand I should have been on time, but was only maybe 5 minutes behind. Vehicle was done about 2:45. I got an oil change. The man taking my order was very kind. I appreciated that. When I got my car back, the steering wheel was changed, seat laid back and far from gas pedal. Made me wonder how far he was coming from and if he drove it somewhere, considering the length of time it was gone. I feel bad for the workers if there is a shortage.

The service experience was great but the girl I talked too to make the appointment didn't tell me there are no technicians there on Saturdays. I even stressed to her that part of the appointment was because my car's engine was dying on occasion and I needed to get that looked at. Please fix her lack of knowledge or the fact that she just didn't tell me. Thank you, GAYLE B
