Josh was very knowledgeable and a huge help! He didn't push unnecessary services on me to pay for, instead he told me what was most important for the moment and what could wait. Most of the time companies try to drain our bank account as much as possible, but I was VERY thankful that wasn't the case. He was great and I hope to have him help me again when I come back.

Was in on 9-10-18 due to car not starting and had to bw jumped to get home, took car in today and got a new battery and oil change done as well, i was told the new battery would fix the car not starting, got 10 minutes down the road from picking it up and car just turned off again while at a red light took car back to kia again and was told the fuel manifold was cleaned out and then they took my car for a drive
They got me in 15 mins , and we're done in no time for my software update.

The wax was applied to unclean areas of the car. We have bird dropping residue now waxed over and it cannot be cleaned off the car. We assumed the car's surface would be thoroughly clean before reapplication of the wax. We could have gotten a better carwash ourselves.
