Service manager was great. Friendly and provided valuable information and the process was efficient.
Waiting area and restrooms were cleaned and well provisioned. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and given all the information about what was being done, how long it would take and offered a complimentary car wash as well. The car was ready on time and the entire transaction was easy.
Service is always outstanding.

I made a appointment. Told the person that I would be dropping the car off before I went to work 640.So they would have all day to get it done. The day before the appointment I call just to verified we were still good and emphasize that I will be dropping the car off at 6:30 and I need it to be done by 3 o’clock. And she said I was scheduled for 715 so that should not be a big deal. the day of the appointment drop the vehicle off at 6:30 arrive back at the dealership at 4 o’clock to pick up my vehicle and it was not done. so I proceeded to have to wait there for 30 minutes. I was not happy That I had to change my plans.
Travis was my service representative for my KIA Soul that needed a new battery. He did an outstanding job communicating with me through the whole process. This gave me confidence that the service I was receiving was reputable and efficient. The communication via text was priceless, please continue to use texting as a major form of communication when relaying information with your customers.
