I am not pleased with the last 2 Auto Butler experiences. My car comes back with dirt in the the cup holders, dirt on the back hatch. I asked if they could remove some paint from the road from passenger side an it was not done. I also for the first time ever rented a car while waiting. I unfortunately did not know how to open the gas lid to fill the tank. I only went appropriately 8 miles if that an was charged over 23 dollars. I understand that I did not fill it an I except being charged the $5 but their is no way I used 15 dollars in gas!! This has been by far my worst ever experience an I will not be renting again!

I took it to Indianappolis, Indiana and was amazed at the gas savings! I would definitely purchase from Kia again and I would choose Katye to help with the purchase of a new vehicle in the future ????

Very satisfied with my service..but I do have a comment..i have learned not to utilize the free car wash with service because my car usually looks worse after the wash!
I was there 6 hours and told 3-5 hours for auto Butler but have had this done in the past with oil change in 3-4. Cancelled winterize and recall because if I stayed it wud have been longer. This is ridiculous!! I make my appointments months in advance. I should have to PAY for a rental car when u take this long to do the work!!! Somebody needs to get their **** in gear and take the customer who has appointment for months first and get them done and out of there. I don't care if u tell me it takes 3-5 hours for auto Butler. I know for a fact it doesn't!!

Great service. Joe even noticed our tire pressure showed low and he took it on himself to fill. Very nice !
I have to say that josh and Travis took very good care of me and my car. They always go above and beyond. I think they all deserve a raise. Or at least a hearty Christmas bonus.
Everyone whether they serviced you or not was very courteous and friendly. Makde it just a bit more easier for me to part with my cash. Appreciated the carwash too . May your holidays be blessed . Thank you!
