By the list of things I am given when I have my car serviced you would think I drive a old piece of junk. I have owned my car since November with 32,000 miles on it & every time I’m ther I’m told of everything that needs done. So far I’m up to around $900 of things. This tells me one of two things 1. You’re trying to scam people that would normally say just do it to get money. Luckily I know several mechanics & have checked in to everything on the list or 2. The service department sees a Kia as a piece of junk. Also, if your service department is checking my brake fluid in the red and let me drive out of there that tells me you don’t care for your customer. I will continue to bring my car to Auffenberg until my free oil changes are done even with the harassment to have stuff done every time I’m there and then I will find another Kia dealer to take it to. One that cares for the customer and does not try to rip them off. I’ve bought several new cars & put alot of miles on them and I always take care of my vehicles NEVER HAVE I HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE!!! I do suggest you look at the owners manuals to see how often the regular maintenance needs to be done. I did & it sure doesn’t match your recommendations!
