I was greeted promptly by Service Advisor Joe Tilk who was friendly and courteous. He took time to answer my questions regarding required maintenance. I shopped in local area while waiting for my vehicle and received a text when work was complete. Checkout went smoothly. Joe brought my car up and I was set to go. Very pleasant experience. I was very pleased with service overall. Great job KIA service department!

I have not really driven the vehicle I had repaired. My wife drove it home and it has been parked every sense. That it made it home without any trouble so that's a plus if I have any problems I'll let you know
