I bought my car there and now service both of our vehicles there. I was in a minor accident on Friday morning and had my car towed there until I could come up with a plan. Ultimately I decided to claim it on my insurance (Allstate). My car would not be released to my insurance until I paid $750, which by check could have taken 5 days. This is amazing to me because you are “partners” with Allstate from everything I have seen while getting my car serviced. I was disappointed that a courtesy car also wasn’t offered to me on Friday afternoon just to bridge the gap until I had time to deal with the rental agency, and my insurance. Bottom line I will be buying my car and getting both cars serviced elsewhere going forward. I asked Kenny(?) if losing this business was worth $700 and a couple of days, he responded absolutely and asked me to call any dealship in the nation and check their policy. Additionally he assured me that there was no one else at the dealership that could help me. Thanks Brad

I very much appreciate the goodwill warranty repair of my front grill that had broken, however, after returning home and inspecting the panels around the grill, I found a significant dent where it appears a technician may have gouged it as they were removing the front fender panel to install the grill. The damage is very visible and quite obvious and I am positive it was not there before I went in to have the grill replaced. Please help!
