Problem solved in a competent and professional manner.
Yes, the service were great
Have been very happy with KIA from start to finish so far
Over priced and a car with 30000 miles need new tires and brakes find that hard to believe
Love it. Always friendly, informative, and fast.
Staff seemed overwhelmed and over booked. Waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged me when dropping vehicle off. Service person who checked me in was great. When notified my vehicle was ready I returned to even more chaos and again waited 10 to 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Several workers were huddled together trying to locate a woman’s vehicle who had been contacted it was ready. When I finally paid and was given my key I somehow left without any paperwork. I called back on same day but had to leave a message. No one called me back that day or the next. I had to call back and whoever I talked to said he’d mail it when he had time.
Had a 1:30 appointment and told them I would be there at 1 and would need a car. Waited approximately 40 minutes to get a car. Then found out that they did not have to do a transmission flush since my Kia (that was purchased there)has the dct transmission so I could of spent about the same time just waiting for the oil change and saved $30. Also is disappointing that even though I purchased the car there and have had all the service done there I still have to pay for a rental car.
Very satisfied with the service that I have experienced with Auffenberg KIA.
The oil was changed in a timely matter.
But, I do have a question. Why does a fairly new vehicle with only 15,000 miles need a fuel/air induction service & intake valve cleaning at an additional cost of $169.95? The explanation by the guy at the service desk was so that there will not be future problems with the fuel system. And $89.95 to perform DDI Engine/compression performance restoration service.
I am wondering if I should NOT have purchased a vehicle that needs this maintenance procedure so soon.
We were not made aware of this problem before we purchased the vehicle and I can’t find it in our car’s manual.
We do plan to keep this vehicle for a long time, that’s why we bought the 100,000 mile service package.
Why do we need to pay extra every few months for these tests?
Not all expected service was completed. I'm waiting to hear back from the Auto Butler service manager.
Excellent communication and very good demonstration for any situation.
They do really good job! I'm keep coming back for any situations pop up
Very good and pleasant service
I am happy with the service. However, I am VERY unhappy that already my brand new vehicle has a major problem with it. I now am without my brand new vehicle for over 5 days, possibly more. My airbag system were not going to deploy and I had no idea. I bought a Kia for a reliable car and now I am I am feeling discouraged.
Took car in Monday afternoon and thought it was supposed To be ready by closing on tue. Didn’t hear from service department by 4pm so started calling according to phone directions they would call you back if you pressed the one. Tried that several times but got no call back. Left a message later still no call back. Finally I got through to services only to be put on hold for over 20 minuets which he did apologize for but not good business. Was finally told car would be ready till Wednesday and the individual said he starts at 1000 on Wednesday and I. Would be his first call to give me information on my car. Gave up waiting about 11:45 and called at which time they said it would be ready around. 1:00pm Worked our ok but it was supposed to be washed and it wasn’t. In all fairness this is only the second time in the almost 3 years that I’ve been unhappy with the service department. Thank you
My appointment was for 8:15 didn't get out of there until 10:20. I didn't get a car was like usual. Gave me someone else maintenance paper work. I just wasn't satisfied at all.
Great Staff, always friendly and do great work
I was pleased with my service.
