Little pricey on the labor I thought I don’t think I’ll come back there but your services wonderful little pricey on your labor that’s a little rough I think it was too much guys really too much my husband like it a bit he told me never go back there again like I did but they were sweet he’s like no that’s ridiculous $122 an hour good god what are you doctors that’s what he said that’s how much he saw I don’t know I didn’t look I just know you guys are too expensive for us thanks bye
My 2012 Kia Optima has done nothing but empty my pockets and be an inconvenience for me and my family. We rely on this vehicle to get through our everyday lives, it’s proven time and time again to be unreliable. I’ve spent so much money on repairs that I lose track. Just this past February I spent around $900 for a turbo west gate repair. Now, just 4 months later, I’m dealing with a bad transmission fluid temperature sensor, costing me around $550. Me and my family depend on reliable transportation, I had high hopes for the Kia Optima but expectations fell well short. Now I’m forced to put my family in a situation where they may not get to make it to doctors appointments, school events etc.... until I’m able to afford to have the transmission fluid temperature sensor repaired. The guys that work the desk are nice, and professional, just disappointed with my decision to buy a Kia. Please consider helping me get my car back on the road. Thank You.

From the phone call to the appt to the completion the experience was top notch
I fail to understand how it is possible for it to take one hour and forty five minutes to change the oil, rotate tires, and perform a general evaluation on my vehicle.
I can take any of my other vehicles to a service appointment, do the same procedures, and be out in no more than 40-45 minutes.
I paid for the privilege of having my new KIA serviced regularly with Auffenburg but my expectations are far from good.
This seems to be a systemic problem as I spoke to others in the waiting area about how slow the dealership is in performing basic maintenance tasks.
It is ultimately your decision to run your business as you wish. My desire is only for more prompt and timely service. My time is as valuable as the businesses.
