I made an appointment for auto butler and did not know they put it in as repair, so when I got there I waited 2 1/2 hours before I was told they could not get me in but they washed my car for me which was full of water spots.
The advisors are always so kind & so helpful. Always go everything to make sure you understand what is needed & what was done. A very pleasant experience. Also ask if they can get anything for you or help you with anything. ????????
The new guy Mike was absolutely fantastic! And Ken-Y the service manager made sure everything went smoothly he was great also
I have already sent a text regarding the service. I now have what I assume is an oil leak which was nonexistent before the service yesterday. As I stated in my text, I work every day, live 45 minutes away and have to schedule on Saturdays, my only day off. I have 3 large oil spots in my driveway which weren’t there prior to my service appointment. I will be in Olney next weekend. I’m afraid to drive it very far as it is. I asked if they wanted to pick it up, fix it & deliver it back or what. I am awaiting a reply.

I was surprised to find out about the two recalls that I had not been aware of. Initially I came to get my brake lights repaired, but they said it wasn't under a recall for my particular vehicle. I wasn't told this until after I had left work in arrived at the dealership. Was not happy about the inconvenience that I put on my co-workers in the destruction I cause of the day with my boss to be there... Only to find out it was for nothing. They said that the man I spoke with. I stated that somebody should have been checking behind on his work then. This last trip was a very pleasant surprise that the work was done so quickly. Was happy with my second visit but not as much with my first. It was also very nice if they had washed my car as well. Not upset any longer about the first visit. Just wanted to let you know so it could be fixed and didn't happen to someone else in the future.
