When you offer a car wash the least you could is dry it off. My car was clean when I brought it in. When I picked it up and it had been washed, it had all kinds of water spots. I also was being charged for an oil change for which I had a package that was purchased when I bought the car that included oil changes for life. The service dept was completely unaware.

The guy who helped me check in and check out was friendly and all though he initially stapled the wrong inspection to my receipt he caught his error and corrected it. Very pleased!
