I didn't receive a text once my vehicle was done. I called after 2 hours time and it was ready.
Would be better if they don’t mess with my radio station. Don’t know why they changed it. Don’t feel it wasnt necessary and don’t like rap type music !!!!

Kenny was awesome. He took very good care of me and had everything ready to go for me when I arrived. Rental car was ready to go and it was great experience. Any questions I had Kenny answered them and made my experience with kia great. Kenny is a tremendous asset to your company and I hope auffenberg Kia of ofallon IL relizes that.
Inside windows are smudgy bugs on front bumper still. There was not an excessive amount on it. And now my side view mirror is sticking down
I was not in complete understanding about my warranty plan and what was covered. When I told the advisor that I didn't understand, he literally repeated exactly what he had already said, as if I simply hadn't heard him. I indicated that I still didn't understand, and he repeated it again. I left feeling upset and confused.

I wasn't contacted when my vehicle was finished. Had to Uber there twice. Still have wires hanging down in driver's seat. Was hung up on when I called to report it. Unsatisfied! Would like to see a reply.
Completed the work in a timely manner
I took it in the second time first time was told nothing was wrong then this time i was told the battery , so i went and got a brand new battery , now my lights are still strobing like it has been the whole time and i keep getting told nothing is wrong ,but there has to be or my car would not be acting this way . I got the new battery because i was told this time that it was the battery . Im shelling out all this money for the car not to be fixed . So no i am not happy at all , and then i bought the car from a kia company with a ford battery in it Which i have a kia soul .
Josh and Kenny did an awesome job with keeping me updated on my service..
They were very courteous and helpful. He even asked me if I would like my car washed.
