Kenny did a great job taking care of my concerns, I just wish you all still had the loaner vehicle program still available. This is my third Auffenberg purchased vehicle and when I had extended warranty in the past I was always offered a loaner.

Everyone that I dealt with from purchase to installation instructions of the spare tire they were very clear & very prompt. This was just a small project installing a spare tire so not a complicated project. This is my first encounter with Auffenberg Kia in O’Fallon, IL.
