Only thing that was when I called up to make a contact person that I talked to told me it was all right to just come on in without an appointment and when I got there they said well who told you that I drove all the way out there they found out that my car could be serviced thought that was kind of bad .

The service department was great.
There seems to be issues with what they are recommending for service to my car and what the manual recommends. We had issues last time and I thought that the issues would of been corrected since last time.
The lady I spoke with when setting up my appointment for today was VERY POOR. The English she was trying to speak was difficult to hear and understand. I nearly hung up on her & went to a different Kia deal for my service. Mary Jane D
