I made my oil change appointment the day before service. I took an 8AM and was worried when I saw all the cars in the service garage however I was very pleased just one hour later when the service was complete including a sparkling clean vehicle. Thanks for friendly and fast service.

When I made the appointment I was led to believe that the repair would probably be covered under warranty. When I drop the car off to be repaired I found out it probably would not be covered under warranty. By the time I walked out of the dealership two hours later, I had a bill for approximately $575 for a fairly simple repair.

I stopped by to have a repair done which was clearly covered in my warranty. Was told it wasn’t. Had to call all kinds of people. Mind you, the dealer didn’t call. Somehow it is my responsibility to deal with your maintenance department. Finally it got agreed to and the warranty department told me to tell the service department to call them. I did. Supposedly they talked. My vehhie is still not fixed and no one has ever called me. It’s been two months.

The service was fine overall, but there was an issue with the final cost...significantly higher than expected. The representative e adjusted for the difference somewhat so they at least addressed some of my concern.

All team members or very responsive courteous and did a fabulous job. One I believe is named Craig went out of his way as he was leaving off work to assist my wife with another issue which he resolved on the spot. Great service all around thanks
