I like the guys at the front desk and I think that the oil change I needed was well done. However, as it was getting closer to closing time for the service department, I tried for 90 minutes to get hold of someone on the phone. No success. Even the young lady on the line that trying to connect me to the service department - she tried to talk to a person and even she couldn't get through. I was driving to pick up the car 30 minutes prior to your closing time when I got the call that my vehicle is ready. The time wasn't really a problem, but not being able to get ahold of the service department was a problem. And on the answer machine that picked up after the phone rang a lot of times, the voice told me that it was something like March 27th and the person was out of the office call me back. The answer machine probably needs to be updated to instill confidence. I will look forward to getting the
Awesome service. I love having Auto Butler. It keeps my Escape looking like the day I bought it. A Big shout out to Justin. He treats me like family and I really appreciate it. My Escape is only 6 months old but it's an awesome car ????!!!

There was apparently some confusion on what I wanted fixed on my vehicle. The wrong part was fixed (not what I brought it in for). So when I picked it up it still was not working. I took it back amd spoke with Nate again. He was able to get it fixed correctly this time in the same day and did not charge me extra. Great customer service. I left very pleased and will be back for future needs.
I like the fact that when I wasn’t happy about a damaged windshield wiper, the service dept replaced both wipers at no cost to me. So I was very happy about that.
