I was told the owners reward program was on hold after my service was done, it would have been nice to know that before, since I was depending on that to cover the cost of my service.
Great service as I have become accustomed to getting.
Had a coupon for 54.95 for a winter check up service that included oil change tire rotation and a 33 point inspection. They did that and replaced air filter, Bill was almost 200!! Quite frustrated woth the service today.
They said I needed my battery cleaned and checked but nothing was said about my battery on the completed invoice. I had to ask the clerk if it had been checked. He said it had but I still didn't know if it was tested by the mechanic.
Jennifer is great. That is all.
The service advisor was friendly but provided service-interval info that was wildly different from that provided by Ford. Eg- “you should have changed the auto trans fluid at 30k miles” the manual from Ford day 150k! I’m also not happy that the owner rewards program was “on hold” when I wanted to redeem my free oil change. The work in my car was fine but the cust service experience felt like a sales pitch aimed at exploiting the ignorance of many car owners.
Few status updates or calls from service department, I had to initiate contact to determine status. However, I understand there might have been a backlog of work, although I was given the impression work would commence on my vehicle on Wednesday but the parts weren’t received until Friday morning. I did receive the vehicle back that Friday afternoon so it was very good efforts by the staff to complete the repairs. Thank you.

Initially my phone calls were not returned when trying to set up my appointment. I had to drive to dealership to get the appointment. Improve appointment scheduling. Jennifer was very helpful and kept us updated on the status of the repair later on.
Great job. My hitch cover was missing when I inspected my truck but the team found it.
Jennifer is definitely a keeper she was polite and very professional. Enjoyed dealing with her she kept me up to speed on my repairs. Refreshing change.

Dakota was very polite and professional. This was my first time having my car serviced at Auffenberg and he made it a great experience. I will definitely continue having my car serviced at this dealership.
