I had an 8:15 appointment...showed up at 8:00. Received no substantive texts. At 3:00 I called and was told they just took it back now! While checking in I heard other fills with out appointments being told it’d be about an hour. I understand I was dropping my car off...but an 8:15 appointment that actually begins at 3:00 is not acceptable
Justin Lysakowski was very professional and extremely helpful during my visit today and it left me with a great impression to continue to come back to this dealership for all future service in my F-150. My appointment was for 1:15 and the car was done before 2:00 .The staff was very helpful and willing to answer any questions that I had.
My overall experience was great. The service department is always nice and helpful. I really like the idea of washing the cars after service is done. The gentleman that does that his name is Joe. He is friendly and does the job very well.
Dakota was great! I am from out of town and had an issue with my company car. He took care of me right away and made sure I was safe to drive back home. It was really quick too. My car was ready in an hour. Thank you Dakota! I wish you worked at my local Ford dealership back home.
The Auto Butler service appeared rushed. When we got the car home we noticed that there were areas on the body that were not completely buffed out. I am happy with the service I received it wasn't exactly excellent.
