Car was scheduled for service on a Tuesday, brought it in on Monday. Was supposed to pick up at 4:00. Got a call at 3:30 telling me truck never made it in the door! When I picked it up on Tuesday, they did not even fix two of the items I brought it in for. The one thing that did work on, the sunroof, is worse now after they worked on it. MUCH noisier !! Will have to bring it back again!

The quality of my car after my service appointment was awesome! My car was extremely clean afterwards! The drop off took awhile, seems the gentleman at the desk wasn’t familiar with the process or just really didn’t want to quickly check me in. The pick up was extremely fast though!

I do not like having to ask for info on the status of my car...tread depth, brakes, I recently had a major electrical issue...explained it...but I got no info regarding battery, charging etc. We have another vehicle (Honda) and every time it’s service we get a printout detailing all pertinent data

Your service desk personnel-Daryal was very perfessional in his dealing with me. However the poeple who took care of the auto-bulter were not even close to satisfying Mine needs for a timely service. My ticket Was marked as “waiting” meaning i was at The dealership. One individual who was working On my car left. I waited over five hours for this Service. Totally unacceptable in the future I will not bring my car to your dealship i will Use the Belleville from here on. Should want to discuss This matter you have my telephone number.
