I had an appointment for oli change tire rotation and a car wash I paid for the extended warranty to have my truck taken care of and I must say this time I wasn’t satisfied with waiting 2 hours for my oil to be changed and not having my tires rotated and truck washed. I was pressed for time so I had to go however I must say I wasn’t happy. Sincerely And Whitley

Fabulous service from the shuttle, office space to work and cleaning the car. Much appreciated. Nice to have Ford dealership that provides a high standard of service like I receive at the Volvo dealership when I have that car serviced.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Auffenberg Ford. The guys at the customer service desk were very friendly. Ryan was extremely nice and did everything he could to help. I will definitely be back again for any car problems.

I loved how your crew squeezed me in on Wed morning. Unfortunately the fix didnt work, so I have to bring the car back again. A for effort & customer service, C- for quality of the work.

Ryan and I had a miscommunication. My truck was running rough. They diagnosed the problem. I asked if it was the same problem as December. He said no, but the invoice listed the exact same work. I asked about that twice. When I called Ryan said bring it back and we’ll talk. I’m not inclined to trust your service any more, but I am confident that I will get a refund for the work. Call me. Always do great work. Only issue I have is this is a rescheduled appt. scheduled one for 6:15 one evening. After taking off work early to get there was told they couldn’t do oil change after 6 pm.
