That customer service representative that met me at my vehicle was top notch and provided me everything I needed. However, the visit before this one went terrible and I was supposed to be compensated for an entire “The Works” oil change, the rep that called said it would be note it in the computer system for my next visit. When I arrived on the 18th there was nothing in the computer system, so the representative was only able to give me a free standard oil change vice “The Works.” I appreciate what he did for me with the free oil change, but the lack of communication on what I was promised, concerns me on how your business in run.

I tried for three days to speak with a maintenance scheduling agent and each time I was sent to the same agents email. The automated response told me what information to leave and that I would get a call back from an agent. I never got a call back, so I came over for a face to face. Turns out the agent who's voicemail I consistently was sent to no longer works for your company. You probably need to correct this problem before you start losing customers. The only reason I kept coming back was that I prepaid for my services. ????

We brought our car in to have the AC repaired. When we left, we notice the seat belt latch strap is missing. Yes, the whole seatbealt latch. When we showed it to them, they didn’t have a rental and told us to bring it back on Monday. We had to leave without a seatbelt....

I made an appointment on line talked someone on the chat I asked for a estimate and to have someone call me but no one did. I showed up for the appointment but the guy said he could not bring it up on the computer. He said he was new and couldn’t pu every thing in the computer so he wrote it down including my 10% discount. He said when someone came back from lunch they could put it in the system. I dropped my vehicle off at 1 and I called at 4 to see if it was done bu I was told there was only 2 guys there that could do the work sonit would be awhile. I got a call at 6 saying it was ready. Got there to pick up my vehicle and found out it was over $800. Wow. Then I didn’t even get the 10% discount so now I have to go bac on Monday to get it fixed.

I checked the box on the drop off envelope for a oil change and didn't get one. Also the pick up process was weird. I stood in line for a long time only to eventually find out I need to go to a different window.

I had my air conditioner fixed in my 2004 Crown Victoria. I brought it in at 8 am and wasn't able to pick it up until the next afternoon about 4 pm. I thought that was a long wait.

I received a text that my vehicle was ready even though I was sitting in the waiting area and no one came to find me or announce over the past system. Good service? Maybe, but not very personal. I will be back for my next scheduled maintenance.

I have always been greeted with a friendly face when going to have my car serviced. Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple issues when going my car is serviced from the tech lying & stating that my montior on the screen was broke & I required repairs, to them stating that they can't get into my oil filter to change my oil & ect. Each experience has been only for an oil change, and the last time on Wednesday, 5/16/18, I was there for 2 and a half hours for an oil change. I was grateful that I when I could leave with my car after the oil change was completed, but would be satisfied if they could eliminate these issues and I could experience the same service as before prompt, accurate, & helpful. I have ONLY taken my car to this location...I never had issues while they were remolding for the year or so that it took, but when remolding was completed, I began to experience these issues.

Your service team, especially Justin, are awesome. I had an issue a day before going on vacation and your team was able to get my issue fixed and now I’m on the road. In a past feedback, I mentioned every other dealer I have dealt with give a courtesy car wash; you do not. You should .
