service on my truck was great but picking it up was a horrible experience There were two guys working when I got there at 5pm the one guy got up set through his paper work in the air and walked out the door after waiting at the pick window for 15minutes I said something to the other guy and he came and helped me. very unprofessional YOU NEED MORE HELP THAT TIME OF NIGHT.

1 hour 40 minutes to change oil when a scheduled appointment was made and on time. Service tech who greeted me took 20 minutes to figure out your internal network before finally asking a coworker to sign me in. Auffenberg is a joke in every area...I wont be back and I will be sure to let anyone asking know of my experiences.

When I showed up they could not find me in the computer and verify my appointment. Then I was told they could not change my oil because of a broken pipe I asked could they rotate my tires and they replied yes. Then I was told my Oil was changed along with my tires being rotated. I was told I was the third person that day that had to be turned away for an oil change. The vehicle service staff was very friendly and did whatever they could to make sure I was happy. Due to the computer not being able to find me and verify my appointment also the fact that nobody even attempted to call me and let me know not to come out because of a broken pipe I would not recommend Auffenburgh ford to have anyone’s vehicle serviced.

You replace the AC compressor but now the AC is not cooling. I cannot believe how auffenberg is wasting my time.

Overall I was satisfied. I was initially disappointed when my car wasn’t ready by the end of the day (it was dropped off at 7:00am). But when I picked it up the next evening, the customer service was great. I had an old battery in my trunk that I wanted to get the core charge $ back from. I didn’t have my receipt, but Jeff in Parts hooked me up and found it on the computer for me. Meanwhile, Sean brought my car around the front valet-style and even washed it! I was really appreciative of these two gentlemen going above and beyond. Thanks Auffenberg team!

I took the van for what I would consider warranty work. It was a recall, and I was not offered a loaner vehicle. I would’ve thought that to be an option for me. The service turned out to be not a days work but was kept for almost a week. Weber offers a loaner even for an oil change. I have 2 codes TC and ABS. They said I should get it checked. Great. For the length of Tim. The van was in your shop they should have cleared the codes for free.
