Service exceptional and faster than expected
Good guys fixed my simple problem with good cheer. I will take my work to those guys. They were cheerful and did not push.
Very hard to get in contact with a representative from service department. Car was there for three days and they didn’t even replace the windshield wipers per my request. Not a good visit.
Center console looked nasty after the auto butler.
Everyone is courteous and friendly.
One of the things done to my Truck was the Auto Butler Service. Could you please pass along an “At-A-Boy” to the individual that did this for me because it was truly an exceptional job. This is probably the 15th Auto Butler that I’ve had and this one was definitely the Best!

I drop my car off monday june 11 at 2pm didnt hear from dealer at all went back up there at 6pm they said couldnt get to it. Kept my car over night i had to called up there again see what was going on they told me they drove my car heard the noisemonday evening but tue they drove it ahain didnt hear the noise so they gave me my car back tueday without doing nothing to do then tell me if does it again make a appoiment
Nate and Joe were excellent, joe especially went out of his way to accommodate our needs while we were stranded at the hotel and had no transportation.
Service rep was very nice. However when I idle after driving now it idles low, shakes a bit. Didn't before service.

From the service coordinator to the technician, I was kept aware of the process of my car check in to diagnose to repair till time of pick up -- everyone very professional and efficent
The detailer did a crappy job cleaning my rear wheel rims. Left lots of dirt.
My car was held over 24 hours without my consent. I could not get a hold of any one from the service department. When the scheduling department transfers your call to the service department it goes nowhere. After dealing with the frustrations of being stranded without a car, I was told the popping noise was fixed! I didn’t even get a block down the road and heard the popping noise again. I am beyond dissatisfied and taking my car somewhere else for repairs!!!
Justin was exceptional! He helped guide me through the service options I needed and ensured I got what was required at the best cost. I will definitely return and ask for Justin when my next service is needed. Thank you!
I was extremely disappointed with the timeliness if my service. I had a 7:30 appointment and I was prompt. I did not receive any status on my vehicle until after 4 o’clock — when my call for status was returned. I was told my car had not yet been looked at and would not be touched that day. I was stranded at work 25 miles from home without a vehicle! One very unhappy customer. I don’t believe it is unreasonable to expect service on the day of an appointment. I also do not think it unreasonable to expect feedback on how service is going some time less than 8 hours after dropping off my vehicle.
