So your call center quoted us one price when I arrived at deal the service writer told me that’s not the price honestly sunset Ford Pete hotter went about and beyond for our service center please do have manager plus they fixed all recalls

The service team is extremely rude and does not communicate efficiently or properly or in a timely manner. I will never ever buy another another vehicle from Auffenberg Ford in O'Fallon Illinois again!

Set an appointment and at 7:00 am apperntly 12 to 15 other people have an appointment at the same time. This is not very customer friendly, the whole point of setting up an appointment is so technison can spend a few minutes with you to ask if there are any other services you may want performed as opposed to gettting your keys and getting you out of the shop as quickly as possible since there are so many other individuals they have to check in. Also when I called back to make arrangements to pick up my auto after it was serviced your phone system put me into some ones voice mail that indicated that the day was March 23rd and that he was in the office, away from his desk , possibly at lunch? Really do I need to know this? And why was I not able to speak to a live person? When I showed up I saw approximately 10 employees in offices, and three individuals standing around in the service department doing nothing, hard to understand why no one could answer the phone. Customer service 101, customers comes first always! Thanks for sub par service.

I Scheduled an oil change and when I ran my vehicle report it shows that I have 17% life. Clearly it means they didn’t change my Vehicle oil

Made a appointment for 4:30pm for a oil change and a recall got there at 4:05pm it took 2 hours and they did not have a qualified guy to do the recall I think the service is very sad !!!!!!!

Oil change took almost two hours and the guy inspecting my vehicle didn’t notice the tail light was busted! I requested a quote of this when I made the appointment and when I checked in. No mention of it when I paid and received my keys back.
