Auto Butler service has always been wonderful.
The length of time I had to wait for service after having my suv towed was, in my opinion, too long. I had to rent a car while my suv sat on your lot. Service department was very nice, but I had to leave the suv there additional days because a mechanic got sick. My car rental was over $300.
Picked my suv up and there was a crack in the windshield. It was not there when I left it on your lot. Service guys said it must have been from a previous rock chip. Your techs drove it at least twice while in your shop.
So far so good on the rattle.
Down side is this is the third time for the repair

Thoroughness: I asked for a price on a dash replacement. None given.
Positives: Dakota was a great communicator and I feel that he’s an honest guy to do business with.
I only came in because I had no ability to go somewhere else. My experience confirms my previous thoughts about doing business at a ford dealership.

Justin L did a great job with a very heavy backlog. Went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Drop off and pickup was very helpful his effort and help has earned you a regular customer
Did not receive the second key for my truck. Still waiting to hear if and when I will be getting one. Also, the price and interest rate shown online did not match what I was told at the dealership. Very nearly cancelled the purchase. I am very happy with the truck but feel there was a bait and switch on the price and interest rate.

The work was done on time and the Justin was great with the status of the truck. In fact, I plan to bring the truck in to have the rear brake pads replaced as recommended. I also like the bottle water and coffee while I waited for the vehicle. The key is constant communication with the customer and Auffenberg Ford did that.
I dropped off the car at 7:15am for an oil change and to replace the screw-on cap for the anti-freeze reservoir. I asked Dakota whether it would be possible to have the car back by 3pm. I was told that it shouldn't take very long to do the maintenance and it would be done by 2:30pm. I was then dropped off at home with the shuttle and was told by the driver that the shuttle would be available later in the day to pick me up when the maintenance was done. I called back at 3pm because I had not received any update and was told they had just pulled the car into the bay to be worked on but wouldn't take long. I called back at 3:30 and Dakota said it wasn't done yet. I then asked if could get a shuttle to pick me up, but was told that the shuttle was no longer available that day. I had to pay for a Lyft to take me back to the dealership.
