They were unable to diagnose the stalling problem due to the lack of the truck computer showing a specific code for the problem. Otherwise Robert did everything he could to explain it to me. If no codes pop up then its kinda hard to know whats actually happening to the motor. It happens.
I was very disappointed to find out that I had to ask for a car wash... why do I have to tell the dealership to wash my car? I’ve taken my car to Advantage Ford and I’ve had superior service. I only went to Ford of Upland because I moved to the area recently.
