I brought my vehicle in for service in clean condition when I picked it up it was filthy . I spent the previous day cleaning my vehicle for at least 2 hours and I am very angry with the way you returned my vehicle to me. I have photos to show if needed. I am not happy with your service and will post this on your website review and thinking abou reaching out to your general manager

I made an appointment for an airbag recall approximately one week in advance. I dropped off my vehicle and was contacted a few hours later that the parts needed for the repair were not in stock. Now I have to return at a later date to have the repair completed.

when I had an appt the fist time they should have told me that the recall that I had was going to take a minimum of 2 days of labor. They did not tell Me that and made me think that it would be done with good intentions the following day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and sure enough they tried extending it to a third day. I am a mother of 3 and a wife of a firefighter so I can not be without a vehicle for 3 days. So I picked it up. When I took it in for the next appt to get the same issue resolved they continued to prolong the job. They ended up keeping it for over 24 hours until the job was complete. When we picked up the vehicle once it was complete my husband noticed a crystallized substance near where the def tank is. We had a recall for the def sensor so it only made sense to suspect it was def that was spilt on my vehicle. That substance can deteriorate the paint. They were careless to even take a few seconds to clean up their mistake. How unprofessional. Adriane did clean it up but only after we were asked if we were aware of it possibly being there when it was dropped off. How could they be so inconsiderate. I believe this incident needs to be documented because if I have a paint issue then I know who to blame because who knows how long the def had been sitting on my vehicle. I will never come Back to this dealership again and I will not recommend such an irresponsible company.

I had to go back in a second time because there was a lot of excess oil left in my engine that dripped all over my garage floor, that forced me to take time off of work go back in for them just to clean out the area and verify that the bolt and oil filter was not loose.

Service advisor Adrian Felix was very attentive. He provided excellent customer service. The young lady cashier (Lazerna or something)was inexperienced and rude. She was on the phone with a customer who seemed couldn’t make up her mind. Cashier should realize she could do two things at one time. She could have told the lady to hang on for a second-gotten my name. Have me pay and send me on my way. She took way too long. I will not be back to Upland Ford.
