Thank you for the excellent service to my car.
My 24 month maintenance plan ended in month nine. It’s bull. You did the work without telling me this or what the cost would be (I was assuming zero). Good companies eat the cost when things like this happen, not say tough ****. Not sure I’m ever coming back.
Please pave your back lot my truck comes out of service filthy dirty unlike the super clean truck i drop off..
My car had a recall so I wasn’t able to get new registration.
1) I wasn’t provided the dmv paperwork needed
2)my tire was returned flat after its intake inspection
Showed it was rated 10 with no damage.
3) I’ve never had a check engine light until
Ford fixed the recall issue. The check engine
Came on when I got home.
Josue was excellent, the best. I will be back.

I have piece of mind knowing the job is done correctly . This is my first Ford Truck purchase and I Love my pre owned truck my wife even told she missed the truck while it was in the shop . Service advisor was refreshingly honest about troubleshooting results on AC blower not finding a hard fault. Discussed options and blower replacement fixed the problem.

Needs to work on how he responds to questions being asked. Made me feel like I was a bother. Also when asking him questions in the issues with my car he lacked the knowledge to what was going on and gave me no reassurance to my concerns.
