Disappointed with the delays in service based on part availability and inefficient servicing. Dropped off truck at 9am, received a call at 1pm concerning permission to remove filter even if it breaks. Permission given at 1:45. Then received a message 24 hours LATER asking for a call back because the same part could not be removed and permission needed to order the entire system with a delivery date 4 weeks away? So a basic oil and filters change plus a transmission fluid and filter change… $800 and 2.5 days in time and still not completed. I will take my business 30 minutes further away, but more efficient and customer friendly.

Since the day on from when services were completed when starting my truck from a cold start it’s been having a strange idle then never was there before… I’m going to keep an eye on it if it worsens I’ll be contacting you guys…
The young man who helped me was friendly efficient and Professional.
However, someone in the Service area intentionally squired something on my Windshield. It came off with water but, WHY?

Nothing to note with my service advisor Mark. He was very pleasant throughout the process. I just had a hard time getting an update on my truck which had been there since Friday. When I called the following Monday at 8am, I was told that someone would call me back in a few minutes. I ended up having to call again at 10am and was on hold for almost 30 minutes. I live a mile away so I ended up driving there while on hold. Thankfully, my truck was already done. It's just a little frustrating because I wouldn't have known if I didn't drive down to check on it.
I would suggest texting updates after running diagnostics to let me know what happened, what will be done to fix, and approximately when it will be ready by.
Again, there was nothing wrong with the actual work that was done or the person who took my car. It was just a breakdown in communication, which could have easily been handled differently
I am very satisfied with the service I received, I can tell much more effort was put into finding the solution to my cars problem and I will keep coming back if needed in the future.

I had to call the dealership to ask about my vehicle. Was told by rep that service tech left paperwork with rep but he didn’t notice it. Felt like I was bothering the rep. Not good service. Plus cost was higher than expected but again felt like no assistance from rep. Decided to take vehicle somewhere else. Thank you
My drivers side door handle to get out of the car has been replaced 5 times at an average cost of $170 for a plastic part the size of a thumb. I had been brought to my attention from dealers and repair shops that this is a common problem. I have always been a “Ford” guy, but this failure by Ford has ruined my relationship and any future purchases with them. So unfortunate
They worst experience of my life is an understatement. Have a ford raptor that spent over 4 months there and just kept getting the run around finally after 4 months get my truck back and get it back with the reverse camera no longer working: this was 1-27-22 it is now 2-21-22. So pretty much the total is now 5 months. And this is just the half of it
