My car was there for about a week for a leak with the oil I was called to be notified that it was ready. Went to get it on Saturday morning and when I got into the car it sounded weird so I called out a service advisor and had him hear it and he told me it sounds like it needs oil, but they couldn’t do it today and if I wanted I could leave it and they would check it on Monday. I probably will not go back to this location again just due to the poor service they give

I set an appointment for an oil change at 830 stating I was going to wait and when I get there they tell me it's a 2 hour wait.
