I have four other dealerships closer to my house and I’ve repeatedly chosen Upland. Please call so we can discuss how not being honest ruined my experience with Ford of Upland.

Adrian was great getting me set for my appointment. Service was very good but they forgot to put new screws to secure my license plate and although they arranged for a ride home, there were no arrangements to pick me up to get my car when it was finished. I paid for a Lyft to come get me :(

Made an appoint to have my vehicle repaired. I dropped it off at the appointment time of 8:30am. I received a call at 1:30pm and was told no one has even looked at my vehicle. The whole point of me making an appointment is to have my vehicle repaired. While on the phone with Kevin, I asked for another appointment where my truck would actually be repaired. When I went to pick up my vehicle, no service advisor was even there. The cashier had to track someone down to find out what was going on with my vehicle. No paperwork when I picked my vehicle and left. Unacceptable. Very poor service. I will never use your dealership again. I am also advising my family and friends to never go there. Horrible way to run a dealership service department.

Brought truck in a while ago about breaks constantly squeaking during braking and a check engine light and a few other things. Was told nothing they could do about brakes. Also parts where ordered. Never got a call for when parts came in. Brought truck in for oil change after that. They ended up selling the parts for the recall and the 4x4 switch without even calling to tell me they where in stock. So ordered them again. Got a call last week that parts where in, set up appointment for the repairs. Brought truck in complained about brakes again for a 3rd time. Said nothing they could do on breaks! On top of that only changed one part when I was called telling me truck was done I questioned how quick and verified if everything was done. Well NOPE just the cup holder was fixed not the recall or the 4x4 switch and then I was told I need to set up ANOTHER appointment because they will need my truck for a few days. Not happy that I’ve complained about brakes numerous times with no results, had parts sold that where ordered for my truck and then wasted time and money driving to the appointments for not even HALF the issues I was having!

After setting up an appointment, I was called from the dealer to set up mobile service. I agreed, and come my appointment time the mobile service was a no show. I called the service department and they said the person who does the mobile didn’t come to work, yet I received no call or notification that Ford would not be keeping their appointment with me. I was then inconvenienced to have to now come to the dealer and adjust my plans for the day. After notifying the service team, I received no apology as if it were no big deal. Not impressed with the service from Ford.

Bring back Gustavo Navo! The people working for you are Absolute morons. An employee actually told me, "whoever put your new tires on stripped your lug nuts and it's going to be $179 to replace them" I said well you are going to look really silly when I come back with my paperwork, because YOU Ford of upland put the tires on and ruined the lug nuts. I purchased the tires from you. It took 3 hrs with an appointment for an oil change, and I found out today the repairs made on my vehicle by Ford of upland previously have once again failed. I would like to speak to a manager as soon as possible. My number is ****-****-xxxx.
