The shuttle picking me up was late both times. Would be nice if I was contacted that it was running late so that I could of made other arrangements.
Nothing was fixed on the car. The problem is a reoccurring problem o took the car in while it was acting up the service writer saw the problem yet they told me they couldn’t get the car to act up. They told me the service writer made a mistake and should of called a technician immediately. I’m highly disappointed I will not use Ford of upland again. I didn’t buy my car there because if my dissatisfaction with your service and I won’t be back for anything.

The rep who called me last week gave me a deal for $$34.95 for oil change, which I agreed to and scheduled for today. When I dropped off the vehicle, Erica informed me it would take a couple hours for the oil change, and that I will receive a call. 5 hours later no one called me, so I had to call in myself, only to find out it was already done. When I got the register to pay, I was rung up for $45.27. I would have disputed the cost, but there was no one else there other than the nice young lady at the cashier and some mechanics. I just paid and left. Sorry if a simple oil change is disappointing, there is no reason to come back for bigger jobs
After the first oil change, I had oil drip on my driveway. I’m keeping an eye on it. This shoul not happen.
Kim is great, but she didn’t change the oil. If I continue to see oil dripping, I’ll be return to the dealership to correct the problem.

After spending close to $700, our car was released to us dirty without being washed. This is after leaving the car over night to get the front brakes replaced because they ran out of brakes to do it. We brought the car in at 8:35 a.m. and they still couldn’t get it ready for us the same day. When asked why the car easn’t washed they told us we had to specifically ask for it to be done. We didn’t that. :(
