My car wasn't washed and I asked for it to be. This is the second time this has happened. Also, the recall wasn't completed after being there all day.

Had a oil change done ..... today i smell oul burning i open the hood and theres oil down the side of tge motor due to tech that couldnt clean it up

I've had three different service reps now. Kim is by far the best. She is a lot more comical and down to earth. She stayed in touch to let me know when everything was going to be done. And then let me know that it was done. I had never received that from ford of upland before. She was great
