My front brake pads were replaced but as I drove the car home the brakes were, and still are, squealing like crazy. I also asked for my car to be washed and it was not done. I called this morning, 4/16, to ask when I could bring it back and the girl said she would have Robert Perez call me back as soon as he got off the phone so we could set up a time for me to come back. But it's been several hours and I haven't heard from him yet.
I had a great experience at Ford of Upland. Robert Perez was awesome.
Great job. Could have been completed sooner but the job on my car was done great! One small comment about Robert, he needs to smile a bit more.
Eric was very professional, easy going, and straight to the point. I explained the issues I was having the morning of my oil change and he did a great job in helping get the issues resolved. I would definitely work with Eric again and highly recommend Ford of Upland to any Ford owner. Best service I have received from any establishment in a long time. Job well done!

I Was reluctant to go to A dealer even for service. Sometimes dealing with certain places is anxious. I will tell you I have never experienced full Happy service by EVERYONE I came in contact with like I did with this service. Steven Martinez took care of us, and his customer relations are exemplary, and I recommend people folow his lead, as is already evident by your staff. I over heard a client with frustrations that were obviously not your teams issue it was one of those clients that would have this type of attitude wherever they go. The calm kind and informative reaction from your staff was again exemplary. All around I feel guilty I bought my Ford up North. However, will recommend Ford of Upland to anyone I know. Your team obviously understands that building profitable relationships regardless of when that turnaround comes, well it truly boils down to how we feel about our experiences. You never know how a person's week has gone. Mine wasn't that great, but everyone smiling, happy, and full of energy at every turn made me feel good. Thank you Mr. Martinez. I walked away knowing what I came in for got taken care of, and with great energy and pride. Thanks again.

Kim has always been very helpful and honest with any questions I have. She has always been very helpful and reliable as to when my car should be ready. Its been a pleasure to know that I have someone that can answer my questions and feel comfortable with the answers or suggestions.
You guys came through big time. I will gladly throw them under the bus, but Bob Wondries Ford would have taken 2-3 days to get the job done and would spend another day waiting to call me back. You guys hit a home run and got the car in and out in a day. 3 days later the car is running better than before and I notice the difference. High fives all around!
