I brought in my Lincoln MKZ for recall work which was to replace a bolt in the steering wheel. I waited 2 hours. When I asked for the status on my car, the two, Kevin said, Oh! I forgot to assign it to a recognition. He apologized and stated it will be ready in about 5 minutes. I told him, do you mean I had to wait 2 hours for a job that only takes 5 minutes. I said, that's okay, I will complain in the survey. 7 minutes later my car was done. Kevin implored me to not write the survey because it reflects on the dealership when the error was his. He offered me 2 get oil changes for the two hour wait. Dr.Roberto Casas
