Knowing I originally purchased vehicle from another dealership and this being the closest dealer for service covering warranty repairs.
Staff went above and beyond to assist with the repair to my vehicle!
Scheduled me in for service quickly and were able to complete service repair needed in one day! Making sure parts were on stock This was during a very busy time making things work out smoothly in order to continue using my vehicle for all business needs. I was not sure if repair would take longer than a day concerned about not needed to cancel appointments and loosing days of work making sure vehicle was safe to drive. Very pleased will keep them on mind for future services and continue to recommend.
I brought my truck in, no repairs were made. 4 days later I have my tuck back with only the oil changed.
Kevin was my service adviser, and helped tremendously with my insurance. He was very professional and timely with updates.
At this time unable I’m on a fixed income my money is tight though I’ve been with the Ford family since 1972 just to let you know my first new car was a Ford Ranchero
First off when we scheduled the appointment we told them we were bringing it back for the recall, that the reset they did last did not work. They said they had the parts and the car would be done in a few days. We called the following week and we spoke to someone who told us that they were still waiting on the parts. The communication is very bad. They send text messages asking if we had questions but never responded. Trying to get someone on the phone is also very difficult. If I didn’t have to bring my car here I honestly would not have.
The wait time is too long and then I tried to call and I got voicemails and sent here and sent there so that's one of the things I was not satisfied with is the weight time for my car and how I was going to shifted place to place to talk to whoever I was supposed to talk to about my car
The service staff were fabulous, the turnaround time was good....getting my car back after I paid took way too much time!
My car was at service from Nov 8 to Dec 31.

Yes please have someone contact me. The service advisor who assisted me today was very sarcastic and his tone was very forceful. I have a safety issue and I’m completely scared to drive my car and worried for mine and my families safety. I was given NO assurance that
my car is safe to drive and no solution was offered other than you have to come back in two weeks. Let’s hope I don’t die in this two weeks. Very poor customer service with no helpful explanation as to what’s going on. Never fails, once you buy a car you never get good customer service after that.
I had an appointment and had to wait 3 hours and 20 minutes. Unacceptable. Was not offered a ride home. Had to wait at the dealership and watch Fox News.
