On Christmas Eve, 30 minutes before Closing, Mark did not send us away and tell us to come back - he took in our car and made the repair. We were in and out and on our way. My 2014 Ford Focus needed repair badly. I brought it in first thing at 0630 in the morning. I needed a loaner car so I could continue to work. Upland ford refused to provide a loaner car so I had to cancel the repair so I could get to work. Later that day my car completely died. Now I completely don’t have a car to get to work. Upland ford should provide loaner cars like other dealerships do so their customers are taken car of. They failed. Not going back. Sorry.
Worst experience I’ve ever had
Poor customer service. Never calls back when he says he will. The lady said my car was finished when it wasn't.
