As I was overall satisfied with the service, an oil change and tire rotation should not take an hour and forty five minutes with an appointment. I would like to see that type of service take no longer than a hour.

Total lack of communication. Number of things need to be worked on. Amount of time it takes to have prepares done is unbelievable. The accountability and the service department is none. I trust and believe that this place can make the needed changes to once again be a service provider for this community did it once was. I know that there's been some change to management and staff in the recent weeks and I pray that these new members can get it under control and change the direction that this place has been heading.
