Negatives: I was disappointed with the communication (not getting a call back the same day), and with the lack of loaner vehicle while our main car was in your shop for more than 48 hours, and was going to be kept for several more days waiting on a part and in line for the proper technician. I even expressed interest in test driving a different car we are considering buying (via the text message option), and never got a response. The car was also really dirty on the exterior when we picked it up.
Positives: The quality of work for the repairs completed and the timeline of repairs seemed fine. Both the receptionist and Mark **** were pleasant to talk with when on the phone.
I only have a problem every time I get my car back from there, it has a low pressure reading on my tires. Every single time.
You need to offer a vehicle when you keep a car all day.

Service writers were great. The mechanic who performed the work should have done a better job cleaning and removing corrosion.
I had a recall and an appointment was made. I Took a day off from work to make it to the appointment. When I arrived I was told the part was not available and they would let me know when they get it. What I just can’t seem to get my mind around was why did we schedule an appointment to do this recall if the part was not available. How easy it would have been for your team to check in advance if the part was not available and then call, email or text me to reschedule. As for me there’s nothing that can fix this I’ll have to take another day off when the part is available. I also called and expressed my frustration. The main reason I’m saying all this is because maybe you guys can fix this for future recalls and/or services and prevent someone else from missing a days work. I know your labor on cars from your mechanics is based on the time spent. I also am paid by the hour and today it cost me a full days wages. I truly hope you guys can resolve this for your future customers.
