Very disappointed, oil change was fine but if you knew you had no one to work on my car then just say to reschedule instead of charging me of $180 absolutely ridiculous. Don’t ask me what’s wrong with my car if you can’t fix it. Or you think you can charge me the fee and then say we don’t have anyone till Thursday to have someone to work on your car Then we have to pay our deductible which is fine but we just paid $180 for nothing. Oil change and that it’s because you have no one to work on my vehicle. Very unprofessional. So this dealership is all about taking peoples money.

I am unhappy that you couldn't repair the alarm that was installed by Sunrise Ford and you charged $270 to disable it. It certainly shouldn't have taken more than a few minutes to disable and you charged $270. You could have made a simple phone call to Sunrise to find out how to do it. I wonder if Ford corporate knows that their dealers make their customers suffer because they don't cooperate with each other.
The work done was expensive compared to local prices.
Happy with work done but could have been a little more informed on the time frame for repairs to be done. Otherwise the staff was woderful.
You guys don’t compare to other Ford dealers, very little customer care and overall experience is poor. No plastics in the seat when taken into service, no walk through the car before or after etc.. It’s all the bare minimum with Ford of Upland. That was my last time supporting your business
