Work wasn't completed. Was told tech had started work in the afternoon and would finish in morning. Went to pick up car next evening. Found out work was not started. Basically was lied to. Wasted 2 days after waiting two weeks for appointment. Will have to take truck to another dealer now for recall work.

Steven was very friendly and informative on the service procedure. Questions that I had Steve answered them in a professional manner. Giving me lots of confidence with Upland Ford. I like this dealership and always have for over 30 years., when it was called Upland Ford and Mitsubishi dealership. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and felt good that it was serviced by a service professional.
